The Texas Women Songwriters Festival is a gathering of songwriters and artists that serves to showcase and elevate this crucial and unique portion of our great state's culture. Set in beautiful downtown Lockhart, the BBQ Capital of Texas, the focal point of the festival will include three days of original music by some of Texas's best and brightest singer-songwriters.

Anne Sifuentez - Director of Brand & Partnerships

Throughout Anne’s career in advertising, she was fortunate to work with some of the best creatives in New York and Texas. She enjoyed fostering strong relationships and realizing an artist’s vision through story-driven campaigns. Anne has called Austin home for the past 30 years, forming a deep connection with the city’s music and art scenes. Seven years ago, she picked up the guitar and discovered a new creative outlet in songwriting. What began as a personal challenge quickly turned into a passion thanks to Mandy Rowden and the Girl Guitar community. Anne is looking forward to growing as a story-driven songwriter and learning from this talented group of Texas women songwriters.
